DESCRIPTION:Early College Grantee Mandatory Mid-year Reviews will be held b
 etween March 2-27\, 2026.\n\nClick HERE to schedule your mid-year review.\
 n\nPlease come prepared to review the following:\n\n 	Updates on current s
 pending and budget changes\n 	Pending action items in GEMS\n 	Completed an
 d updates on reimbursements to date\n 	If all funding will be spent by Jun
 e 30th\, or will additional time be needed.\n\nIf additional time is neede
 d\, I will go over the PAC process.\n\nUse of funds during the summer (PAC
 )\n\nIf programs would like to use funds beyond June 30th or need addition
 al time to spend all funds\, programs have the option to PAC funds during 
 July 1 – August 31\, 2026. Come prepared with projected amounts for spen
 ding until June 30th and amounts from July 1 to August 31\, 2026.  FINAL
  numbers will be required via a shared spreadsheet by April 6th. \n\n***
 Please note that if programs do not complete the mid-year review funds wil
 l expire June 30\, 2026\, with no option to use these funds during the sum
