The Early College Annual Report is available on Alchemer and will be due on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 5PM. The Annual Report is intended for programs designated in fall 2025 or earlier. The Alchemer link along with a .pdf and .docx version of the report was sent by Renee Poisson via email on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. If you need the link, see below to email her.
If any on your EC team are transitioning to a new role outside of your program’s Early College scope at the end of this year, please complete this report before the transition. All are welcome to submit the report anytime before 9/30/26.
We estimate that the annual report will take approximately 2-4 hours to complete, and requires the use of the Early College Data Dashboard. While we expect partners will work together to complete this report, only one partner needs to submit. If a high school has two distinct partnerships, they will need to submit two separate reports.
Please note that programs that were designated in 2018 are not required to complete this report, and will instead receive a transition survey that will be shared out separately.
