Travel Must Haves:

Which students will attend?

Decide who will represent your Early College. Schools can register as many students as they would like until we reach capacity for the conference. It will be on a “first come, first served” basis. We encourage you to register your students promptly to secure their spots.

Adults: You are allowed to choose up to 3 adults for supervision.

  • You may add two additional adults aside from yourself (the registering EC Liaison).
  • Each adult will need to complete the Photo Consent Form or the Digital Option, just confirm response before completing the final registration for the school.
  • Depending upon the number of students you plan to register, you may need more than three adults to be within your district’s guidelines for supervision and chaperones. If you need more than three, please let us know!

Travel

  • Confirm that students will have transportation to and from your starting location.
  • Students must have their own transportation based on their arrival/departure time and destination.
  • If your school requires financial assistance with transportation costs, we would like to highlight that EC funds can be used for transportation to this event. We will address this more during TouchPoint Tuesday (December 12, 2023). You can reach out to Phylitia for any support and guidance regarding transportation arrangements. We are committed to ensuring smooth logistics for your school.

  • Print the Student Permission form.
  • Complete the form.
  • Pass out the form to your selected students.
  • Permission slips for the conference will NOT need to be scanned and uploaded during the registration process unless you prefer to cover your bases. However, it is imperative that they are collected by your school’s designated liaison.
  • If you would like to upload them, use the header sheet, scan and upload them in the student registration survey.

  • To ensure that we respect and uphold the privacy preferences of all our participants, we would still like to have a Photo Consent Form for each student. However, it is not mandatory for students to attend. Simply check “no” for that response when registering students.
  • To scan and upload completed photo consent forms in the student registration survey, use this header sheet.
  • This form will need to be completed by adults as well.
